Hi Jay
My default unit of measurement is millimeters and my default unit of weight is grams. In the RM uk shipping I have set the weight class to grams. Still dont work!

Hi Jay I have the Royal Mail set to UK Royal Mail which covers the UK and it is set in the general tab. Thanks guys for your helpful replies. I had already reinstalled OC and manually loaded up my products by the time you posted DL. At least I know the settings now for backing up my database and I have done it properly.

I have just uploaded 'nature' theme and it is working ok. Looks like it could be Proshop3 there is aproblem with. Hope their support gets in touch soon to reslove the issue as I am getting fed up waiting on them replying to me.
