We are not receiving emails when customers use the built-in Product Return form. Our email alerts are working fine otherwise. Under Settings > Mail > Alert Mail, we have all the options selected (Register, Affiliate, Orders, Reviews). Thought it was interesting there was no option for 'Returns.'

Any suggestions?

We're running OpenCart 3.0.2.0

Yes, I have already reported this issue to Daniel recently. He is aware of the situation regarding the product return lookup.

We recently discovered iSenseLabs has an extension that fixes this exact issue. Works like a charm .

Is there a reason that "returns" has not been added at Settings > Mail > Alert Mail.
I know this is an old post and I do see Isense has a extension for this but why isn't it already there? Has to be a reason.

In a new installation of 3.0.3.8 all of a sudden my customers didn't get a confirmation of their RMA's.
I tried all fixes I could find but to no avail.
In the end I purchased this extension that was the solution for me:

You can switch admin E-mails and customer-emails on and off or both. It is multilingual and uses html for styling.
I'm happy with it and it works like a charm.

I also faced a similar issue and after trying a few fixes, I found that using the iSenseLabs extension works perfectly to resolve the email notification issue with the Product Return form.
