I'm US based and use USPS for shipping with the built in 3.0.3.2 extension. I ship to US and Canada but a Canadian customer just brought it to my attention that the First Class International Package is no longer pulling up any rates. I remember having a similar problem a year or two when the USPS changed the names of some services, but can anyone help point me towards a solution? Thanks!

The way people found it before was turning on debugging and seeing what USPS is returning and matching it to the extension.
That would be a first step.

Hi Mike, thank you for responding. I just went through the error log and I see only express and priority descriptions being returned - not first class options. Any insights there?

This seems to be for UPS, though I need USPS options. :/

I would bet you it is this:
"Other than rolls: Min. length 6", Min. height 4", Max. length 24", max length, height and depth (thickness) combined 36"
Rolls: Max. length 36". Max length and twice the diameter combined 42"
Value of contents can not exceed $400.00"

I tried to reproduce your findings and since I have my package dimensions set up for 36 inches in the USPS extension I also wasn't given "First-Class Package International Service" as an option. I then changed it to 2 x 2 x 2 and still not. When I finally looked it up I saw what is quoted above so I changed it to 6x4x4 and POOF! Now have First-Class Package International Service showing up. Minimums are in there too, not just max.

See if that is what it is for you too...
