Cart before Checkout OC 3.0.3.2

Good Afternoon
I have a question, I use OC 3.0.3.2 but I find it annoying that customers can pay without seeing that I have something out of stock, so it will be delivered later.
I was thinking about whether it is also possible to show the shopping cart before checking out.
I made a picture with what I mean.
I know that in step 6 of the checkout you can also see cart but not the stock status.
Does anyone know a solution?

Thanx but this is not what i mean.
I know it is possible to select checkout even when not in stock and i want to use this function.
But if you order something you have 2 option's or you check the cart or you checkout.
If you check the cart there it shows that something is out of stock and will be send later in the week so i don't have to warn clients that there order will be send later in the week. But if a client skips the cart and goes directly to checkout he can use the 6 step checkout and never see that something will be send later.
So if i show the cart before checkout than you see the stock warning.Or maybe ti is possible the get a stock warning in step 6 of the checkout but i'd like to show it before the checkout.
Maybe replace checkout button with only 1 button that lead to cart and than checkout ?
