Billing/Payment Address in Switzerland not shown

Hello,

in the Backend in the order detail view on the left hand side normally the view shows the billing address of the customer. But when I enter a customer in Switzerland the country-field is not shown.
I checked the database and in the table "order" the field "payment_country" was empty. But the field "payment_country_id" showed 204 for switzerland.
So why is switzerland not shown in the detail view of the order? Germany, Austria...and the other countries are shown as expected, but not Switzerland.

For a quick solution i entered "Switzerland" in the databasefiled "payment_country" for our customer so that he can print the invoice. But I'd like to know how to fix this issue in general?

PS.:Shop-Version is 2.2.0.0 and X-Shipping extension is installed. TheKitchen Tempalte is used for the frontend. But shouldn't interfere with the backend right?

did you set/declare the Value for this correctly ?

Hi IP_CAM,

yes the values are set. But the status of the country is not active.
I tried to activate it and then went back to order detail view, but with the same result. No country was shown for the shipping address.

My settings are attached to the post.

Well, in my OC v.1.5.6.x, if a product is SET to require shipping, then, the shipping-address
is displayed on the invoice, otherways, just the payment-address exists. It's probably still the same
in OC-2 ! But other than that, I have never been reading about such a behaviour, does your Shop
display the shipping address at all on invoices, and the Country only, if a foreign Country is used in the address ?

I'm not talking about the email which the customer or the shop-owner gets. I'm talkin about the backend in the orders detail view.
Sorry for blacking-out lot of stuff on this screenshot, but this are real-data and I don't want to spread them over the net

The line which is marked red is not showing until i enter the word "Switzerland" directly in the database in this order in the column "payment_country".
And I have no clue why.
