When I go to the Product lists in the Admin area, all the product images are huge. They are the same size as I have on the main site. Where can I edit these to be smaller only in the admin area?
thanks

OC2.3.0.2 upgrade from OC1.5.6 site. I paid someone to do the upgrade for me.
Now we are completely stuck with a site we can't update
We are unable to add any options that include an image. As we are a t-shirt printing company – that’s a problem.
I’ve narrowed it down a little:
- If I add an image that already exists on the server into an option, it’s fine
- If I try to upload an image and then add it to an option, it appears huge in the Admin section
In both cases, the images are physically the same format, size & resolution. When they are uploaded - they appear in the image list significantly larger than any existing ones. This means the text box description field is 1 character wide
Screenshot is below.

I have exactly the same problem on 2 sites now. And it gets worse.
In the Admin Products page, the images are HUGE but do re-size if you re-size the window you are viewing in.
In the Admin Options page, the images are HUGE and do not re-size if you re-size the window.
Is there anyone that is willing to help resolve this? Our store is unusable as we cannot update any options or products due to this image problem.

You have an extension that changes options behavior but doesn't use the built-in resize method it seems?Nordikota wrote:Found what is causing it. But can't fix it.
Deleted VQMOD and all installed MODs/ Cleared the OC cache & Browser cache. Image upload problem gone.
Installed VQMod. Image problem back again!
Did you contact the author? He/she should be able to fix it.

Gotcha!
Is your error log empty (and logging enabled)?
Or something silly: you haven't set any image thumbnail sizes in your theme settings? Could have been emptied by mistake during upgrading as those settings are saved differently from 1.x to 2.x
It has likely to do with the upgrade as you're the only one with this particular issue. But I'm guessing.

Appreciate you responding :-)
We're using a different theme from OC1.5.6. We have now got Journal2. I've checked all the image settings in the theme and can't see anything obvious.
The upgrade was done an Opencart expert.... Not me BTW.

You say it only happens when you have vqmod installed. Did you check if you have any xmls left from the upgrade in the vqmod/xml folder? Specifically something that might have changed /model/tool/image.php
It's still a guess without a full understanding of the issue and a decent debugging session.

Yeah - I checked the admin/extensions/theme image settings but can't see anything wrong with them.
VQMOD was installed from new, so there were no directories existing - so no old XML files in the Vqmod/xml directory.
It is the strangest fault I've seen.
