I'm having a problem in that when a customer checks out with Authorize.net, I only get a copy of the transaction processed from Authorize.net. I do not get a copy of the actual order nor does one show up on the Dashboard. So, I have received payment but since I don't get a copy of the order nor does one show up in the Dashboard, I have no idea what they have ordered and that info doesn't appear in the email Authorize.net sends out.

see if the orders are in missing orders.
If so, check that you have IPN set up OR you have the right order status set for complete orders
If so, check that you have IPN set up OR you have the right order status set for complete orders
check that your IPN is set up.
