Hi, I am using version 1.5.2.1 and a theme from themeforest. When someone using Chrome or IE hits the add to cart button nothing happens. Everything is fine with Firefox. I have searched and others have had issues but I did not see an answer. Thanks much.

Anybody? Not getting any answers. Peter I have not heard from you.

Update: It only happens on my laptop which is a 64 bit running Windows 7. On my desktop which is running Windows 7 also but 32 bit I am fine with IE at least. I am assuming Chrome is ok as well.

Another guy had the same problem with 1.5.2.1. Here is the post:

and another:

I have not clue on the responses as I am not a coder.

You problem is a little different from theres as yours doesn't add the product from your machine. What version of Internet Explorer & Chrome are you using?

At the very least you could send us a link so we can test in our own browsers. I promise you.....it would help solve your problem a lot quicker.

This is likely to be due to www. and non www. url's. Check that the URL of your store has the www. and the address you're using also has it (or that neither have the www.)

This is a www and non www issue. Your site requires www. in the url, and my guess is you haven't had that in the address when you've clicked the button

Good try but I looked and the www is in the address bar. I checked a vqmod that updated the cart function to no success either. It is odd it only happens on my laptop.

Oh, that? I must have missed it because it's not really a "link" ::)

Ok, I don't have that issue in my Chrome with the given link. I'm bowing out of this one.

OK thanks for all the help. I am open to any other suggestions. I obviously am hoping its a fluke on my machine. I am not generating enough traffic yet to know if iis a real issue. Again, thanks for the help.
