Fedex shipping module -- php file

Q, any word on the new FedEx module being completed? I just found I'm having errors "Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in catalog/model/shipping/fedex_parser.php on line 78" for each selected shipping type in rhe old module, and I'm guessing that's because they stopped supporting it. I paid for the module and don't even get to use it.
