Re: Can't Insert Image into Description
I just wanted to post this in case anyone in the future happens upon this thread: Using an Apple (Mac) computer solved all issues. I didn't have to install anything. I tried using my PC again, and it still doesn't work properly. I don't know why, but if anyone can explain to me why the Image Manager...

Can't Insert Image into Description
I can click on the Image icon while in the Description box and the Image Property window opens. I can click Browse Server, and then that's where I'm stuck. No matter what image I click on from my Image Manager, nothing happens. I can double click on any image but it will not automatically close the ...

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
I have so much to learn! I am using Safari and Chrome browsers most of the time. Sometimes I use Explorer and Firefox. It's odd that you see more color values than I do on the store front; I still see limited colors for Color 3 and Color 4, as well as in my admin site. I will talk to my host and see...

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
Thanks for being so quick to reply! Ok so I've added the post max to the php.ini file, and I've uploaded the phpinfo.php file (thank you!) into my admin folder, the same location that my phi.ini file is.
What's the next step?

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
I changed mem lim to 256M and edited my product options, but I am still experiencing the same issue. It limits the amount of Options and values that I can save.

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
Thanks, I visited the link and one guy (the last post) said to do this: "I solved this problem. Open the PHP.INI configuration file and add these lines [suhosin] suhosin.post.max_vars = 20000 suhosin.request.max_vars = 20000" I did that and now one of the options I used to have has disappe...

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
I have quite a few option values, probably 15-20 each, or something like that. The new one that I'm trying to add will have only three. You can check it out here: http://kinisurfwear.com/index.php?route ... duct_id=62

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
My Subtract is set to Yes, my Qty is not 0, so this option should still be viewable.
Unfortunately I would not know what to look for in my product.php file.

Re: Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
Thank, I do have Option Values and I do add them. It tells me it has saved, yet doesn't show up on my Store Front, and when I open the product to edit the options again, the options I had just added are not there.

Cannon save new Otions under Product Options
I tried adding a new option under product option and it won't save it. I have the options added in Options tab but it won't save it under Product>Options. I already have 5 Product Options, so I thought maybe there was a limit to the number of options I can have per product? When I click Save it tell...
