Opencart Seo from-the-box sucks with seo: friendly URLs basicly off or dont working, non-latin URLs dont supported..
Also URLs should auto completing with product/category/title info, etc..

Admin CSS partly not loaded on some configurations

It was mising vqmod xml file (as a part of SEO pack pro), that adds needed functional in admin/controller/catalog/manufacturer.php
