Upgrade feature

I really think that there should be a upgrade feature in the admin. The admin will check if there is a updated version and warning the user. The script would automatically upgrade only the code no modules. Than if modules need updating should be also as another script and upload only modules if I am making sense here he way Cs-Cart does it this way I think. It also notes on what files where changed as a log.

Upgrade should be same like in Discourse forum or Wordpress, for example.
In 2.0 branch it seems real to introduce

Please make upgrade process less hartfull, it's not 2000s anymore.
It will be really step forward for Opencart popularity.
