PRODUCT IMAGES are stored where?
I would like to upload a quantity of product images using FTP, so that they are available in IMAGE MANAGER. What is the path or directory for this on the server. Surprisingly, a hard search did not find the answer to this.

Thanks all. I missed some facts that were not clear in any of the OC docs I searched. Most importantly;
* DB name cannot have any UPPER CASE letters ..... such as oc vs OC
* The DB password in Part 1 is - apparently - something created by the HOST

Like JAKE, I also removed the OC version available from my HOST CPanel including the MySQL DB. Created a new DB but stuck with error in Step 3 of configuration while manually installing OC3. Screenshots here https://www.ceperianas.com/TECH_ISSUES/ ... _Issue.jpg

Thanks. Tried with LOCALHOST ... no joy. Can anyone confirm WHICH USERNAMES to insert in Part 1 and 2? I assume Part 1 is a user created when the DB was created. Part 2 says " for administration " ..... of WHAT? OC itself or the DB ? Also, EMAIL is my ACTUAL email? The error massage starts...

It was OC2 but I have since UNINSTALLED it and now struggling through a fresh install of OC3. Thanks.

2 ERRORS: missing & not found
I have 2 error messages ( https://ceperianas.com/TechHelp/2%20ER ... SAGES.jpg )
which I linked to an otherwise unpublish location.
#2 is particular strange to me as there is an ASTERISK (*) in the file path shown. Any help resolving one or both will be much appreciated.
