PRODUCT IMAGES are stored where?

I would like to upload a quantity of product images using FTP, so that they are available in IMAGE MANAGER. What is the path or directory for this on the server. Surprisingly, a hard search did not find the answer to this.

If you look at your file structure you will find a folder image - inside is a folder demo - most of the demo images are in there.

For OpenCart 3.0.x versions, product images are stored in the image/catalog folder.
