thanks for the info. i build my shop throught the application on 1and1.co.uk and i dont think you can use extensions.
so it is not a product feed that enables you to update your stock for the opencart site then?

google base, i see on the open cart that it has an option under product feeds called google base!! im logged into google base and and just dazed at what i need to do. i can see it asks for a data feed? is this the one on the product feed page on open cart? if so, do i click this option.
