Hiding slideshow banner on category and product pages

HI Everyone

I could really do with a little help.

i am currently building my site using opencart but have an issue i would like a little help with.

i have installed a banner slideshow and that works great but when i click on a category a small reduced version is shown above the list of my products.

i have seen other sites where this is not the case and would like a bit of help to locate the setting to remove it from all pages apart from the home page.

In admin > extension > modules > slideshow, remove the slideshow modules added to the category and product layouts.

Hi I found the problem.

it was the affiliate banner was set to category.
