Checkout cart does not show up in a new window
In the demo site when you click check out, it shows up in a different window.
On my site, it show up towards the bottom of the page below all the items..
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Shipping cost based on zip code (US)
I need a way to calculate shipping cost based on zip code. We sell and deliver furniture so if the piece is delivered to another city, we need to charge delivery fee. Is there any way to do this or any work around?
