Yes I normally refresh and clear the cache in the modification page and also in my vqmod. I realized my problem is sometimes I don't do it at the same time which eventually it occasionally causes this issue.

Thanks guys however, @rjcalifornia that extension doesn't solve all my problems and @ashwani_multi am not really looking for a one page checkout because I wish to remain with the steps. I need someone to show me which and how to edit the affected codes.

Hide or combine steps in checkout
Hi am using oc theme version 2.1.0.2 and I would like to remove or hide step 3 in checkout i.e Delivery details (because the billing details and delivery details should be the same).
Also how do I combine step 4 and 5? i.e Delivery Method and Payment method to appear as one step
Please help.

Am using the v2.6.1-opencart extension found at https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod/releases and downloaded the vqmod-2.6.1-opencart.zip file to be more specific.
