Reward points awarded at checkout based on total purchase

I have been looking for an extension that would 'assign' reward points based on the total purchase price of the customer excluding the shipping cost after he/she shops, instead of at the product page level. e.g for every $100 spend the customer gets 10 points. Sadly I haven't seen any. Later on if the customer needs to make a purchase with the points he could redeem them at a rate of lets say 1 point = 0.5 dollars
Has anyone come across any for default oc 2.1.0.2? Thanks
