Looking for quote for custom extension

I'm interested in a "follow up" extension. The purpose of the extension is to automatically send customized emails to buyers based upon certain actions. Here are a couple examples.

3 hours after order is placed, an personalized email is sent that thanks the customer for the order and says that we'll be processing it in the next few days.

3 days after an order has been marked as "shipped" the customer receives an email customized with his name and other order details to see if he has any questions, make sure he is happy with the order, and ask him to review your product.

60 days after the order was marked as shipped, the customer receives a personalized email followup.

I had this capability with an extension called "follow up" on UberCart for drupal a few years ago and it really brought my customer service to a new level.

The mod must utilize VQ mod, allow you to personalize the email with order details, allow order status updates to trigger emails, and allow for time delay from those triggers to send the email.
