Hello,

When an user chooses the standard payment by bank transfer, he receives an email which does not include the Bank Transfer Instructions which I have filled in the setting of the extension. Thank you in advance if you could give me feedback on this!

If using 4.1.0.0 then it probably a bug. See. https://github.com/opencart/opencart/pull/12671

The confusion with payment instructions and customer comments in order email have been going on for more than a decade now.

Hello,

Yes I am using the latest 4.1.0 version. I have the following information on the settings of the bank transfer payment
but it is not sent to the customer when the order is confirmed.

It's a bug. One that was reported here https://github.com/opencart/opencart/pu ... 1806575911. It looks like it wasn't fixed before release.

It was caused by this commit.

To correct you would need to undo the changes to catalog/controller/mail/order.php.
