When an user chooses the standard payment by bank transfer, he receives an email which does not include the Bank Transfer Instructions which I have filled in the setting of the extension. Thank you in advance if you could give me feedback on this!

It would be helpful to post your OpenCart version, theme and any extensions used.
If using 4.1.0.0 then it probably a bug. See. https://github.com/opencart/opencart/pull/12671

It's a bug. One that was reported here https://github.com/opencart/opencart/pu ... 1806575911. It looks like it wasn't fixed before release.
It was caused by this commit.

To correct you would need to undo the changes to catalog/controller/mail/order.php.
