My OC store running Version 3.0.3.2 recently encountered this peculiar issue where, the customers having a private domain email such as email@opencart.com are receiving the order emails and updates but the customer having emails IDs with Gmail , Yahoo or Rediff etc are not receiving any emails.
What could be causing this issue?
Any leads will be very helpful.
I have already checked the OC error log there is no evidence of any errors related to emails.
