Hi,
I wonder if someone can help or have faced the same issue as we are having lately.
we used too receive order emails to our gmail addresses (default store gmail address plus an extra defined in mail option)
Lately we have noticed that some order emails are coming to both gmail addresses and some orders only one email coming one gmail and some orders we are not receiving any. Also some times when we go into the order where we have not received any email, we done edit/save and seen that one of the gmail has received that order. We are very puzzled what is happening as we have not made any changes at the admin panel.
Most the order emails are ending in spam not because they are spam but with the following error
Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

This is the mail system at host soproxy7.mail.unifiedlayer.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

Mail Parameters: -fnoreply@storename.com (*.com)
SMTP Hostname: ssl://mail.storename.com

SMTP Port: 465

It will be highly appreciated if some one can help us to fix this issue as it was working fine previously

What is the OC version and theme you are using.
Are you using public email
@gmail.com or @yahoo.com etc
address and Own email server
@example.com
address at the same time to receive order confirmation email?

It's a known issue that OpenCart doesn't add the message-id header, which means if your mail server doesn't add it the email can be rejected.

If none of the above seems to help, you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

Maybe Google changed their spam rules or your host changed there settings. Use an online email deliverability checker to see what is wrong with your emails.
