cart price not change automatic

i use opencart 3.0.3.8. when i change quantity in cart then price not change automatic, any option or function available?
Cart not refreshing after deleting or adding product.
i use journal 3.0 theme
how to fix ?

Then Enable from Journal3.

Could be some caching with your host. What host do you use?

Or is that cache opencart bug that never was fixed/added in 3.0.x.x ....

There several known bugs with the Journal3 framework for its checkout. Try the standard OpenCart checkout, or better, use a standard-compliant web theme instead of Journal. See also
