i use opencart 3.0.3.8. when i change quantity in cart then price not change automatic, any option or function available?

There several known bugs with the Journal3 framework for its checkout. Try the standard OpenCart checkout, or better, use a standard-compliant web theme instead of Journal. See also this forum thread.
