I observed that sometimes, customer placing the order, but in admin dashboard, it is under missing order and without any customer details. Also customer can not find it in his account's order history section....

Customer details are empty... and order goes in Missing Orders.
What would be possible reasons ? Expired sessions ? Logout out customer automatically at payment / checkout page ?
Can we confirm if Customer is logged in while clicking on Order Confirm Button ?
