Try to enter customer mail something@adityapromoters.co.in
and check if it is delivered to your admin mail. If it is, then it's your hosting provider causing this trouble.

Hello, I have the same issue Alibegovic i have used info@example.com in setting and have checked both admin and info email addresses but neither of them are receiving emails.
Having same issue. None of my other sites hosted from my server are having this issue so I'm assuming it's the opencart platform. Rather important as I've watched the analytics on my site and the "contact" and "contact success" pages are both lighting up.
Depends on the server, but as per barnabas' post
in the mail parameters put either
-fyou@youremail.com or -Fyou@youremail.com

It still not working.
I tried:

And isn't working.
Anyone could help?

Check your web error logs on your cPanel or Plesk console regarding this trigger. This should return you the reason on why it has a possible failed response.
