Hello

Fresh install of 2.2.0.0 but when I click on Sales > Orders, prompt box advises "error undefined". As a result it won't allow me to add any customers, and most likely will result in errors with first order.

Searched and found some guides that suggest issue is with having multi stores, but this is my one and only store.

Anyone know of a fix please?

Upgrade to the latest version. Most of the reported problems will already be cleared-out: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=166011 . In addition, you are posting into the v1.5x Support and your request is about v2.x releases. I will move the topic to the v2.x Support section of the forum.

I have installed 2.2.0 and i found 2.3.0 but i saw many ppl are saying that 2.3.0 have many errors, so can you tell me how to fix this error undefined i have the same problem.

v2.3.0.0 and v2.3.0.1 are deprecated versions of Opencart. v2.3.0.2 is the stable version to download and upgrade at this period of time. Followed is the official topic to demonstrate in details how to handle the v2.3.0.2 version of Opencart: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=166011

OK so I've updated to 2.3.0.2 and all went well, however, I'm no longer able to login to admin. I get 'No match for Username and/or Password'. I didn't change username or password. How do I correct this please?

From the admin-end, you can use the password recovery to reset your password in order to gain back access to your admin-end.

Great stuff, thank you! I certainly hadn't changed or forgotten my password, but changed it anyway and now able to log back in. And thankfully the "error undefined" no longer appears

Newest version and I get this "error undefined" error. It happens in Order but only after clicking on one of the orders. Then, if I click anything else within that order, I get the same error.
