Problem with uploading pictures

I have a problem with the upload of product images in the backend.
I use Firefox.
When I uploaded an image I can not see the picture in the backend.
The picture is on the server.
On my computer (offline) everything works.
With the Safari and IE 6, everything is in order on the Server.

I use:
- The latest version (1.29) Today, i have downloaded the latest version.
- Firefox 3.0.11
- PHP 5
- Mysql 5
- There are no programs in the background.

Can someone help me?

I have found the error. An addon in Firefox is the Problem.In the safe mode everything works. What an addon to make trouble, I can not say.

I have problem uploading images

FF, IE, GChrome all my browsers not upload/

but in images dir my files are present/

its my brain or my head bug?

i have just delt with 2 image upload problems today. one was because he had loads of advertising appearing on every page request. the other was that image directorys where not wrtiable. you should try changing your image dir to 777.

I might even get rid of the ajax uploading and have a standard upload.
