It seems to be a little bit expansive for me. I checked moneybookers but got only one payment option (bank transfer) even they provide also card payments...
just for you to be aware, the transparent solutions like PPWPP are going to be more expensive than the ones that redirect to the payment gateway. I'm sure if you look at Q's website he has a number of payment gateway mods that can do this without redirecting
