RECOMMEND CREDIT CARD MODULE

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a credit card module that i can credit card payments over the internet on my site that is integratable with opencart.


Wish for it to:

1. Integrate to my site
2. Accept cards over the phone (if possible) - not neccesary but good to have this option
3. Low transaction fees
4. Reliable / reputable company
5. Accept payment all over the world


I do not require a credit card mercent that charges monthly fees or setup fees etc.
