how do i change the colour

how do i change the butto colour from blue to orange and the top site colour from blue to orange?

I'm using opencart_v0.7.9-RC2..

I'm already try install the deep orange theme but it wont work.. can anyone suggest me

I've heard that the themes do not work for 0.7.8 and 0.7.9. I can't remember which version they were written for.
However, we can always cheat to get what you want 

In the deep-orange theme images folder, there are two files named:
background.png
tab.png

Copy those files to replace the blue ones in your catalog/template/default/image folder

Look in catalog/template/default/css/default.css

Find:
#header .b a
there should be a setting under that called color: #ffffff;

change that to the hex code of the color you want
