OC code is showing too many errors in W3C test

I have had a test done on my site to see if it will pass the W3C test.
Sorry to say it has not.

Can anyone help me in fixing these errors, I am not looking to have it done for free.
I am willing to pay to get this sorted.

I have had work done in the past by Vimal & Jay, so they know that when I ask for something to be done I always pay and never waste their time.

Before any one says why not ask them for help, I did and Vimal is not sure that he knows the OC good enought to fix these errors.
Also Jay is busy for the next 3 weeks, I know this as I am waiting for him to design a new search mod for me.
