Hi everyone,

I tested some of the payment solutions I found on the site, I'd like to know if there is a tutorial that helps create a module like for example SecurePay. Or actually a tutorial on how to use an API provided by the Bank to accept online payment, to finally integrate it in OpenCart.

Any help, thanks,

Studying the SecurePay and Paypal (improved) is pretty much all the tutorial there is.

As far as the bank api is concerned, you will have to obtain their documentation and apply it suitably by comparing how the paypal or securepay payment extensions do it.

I'm just asking for now.

We still don't have any information from the Bank, on how to implement an online payment, but I'd like to know how to do it if after I need to do it :)

Bank's are usually transparent to the store transactions. What you need to find out is what gateway they use. Authorize.net is a very popular and proven gateway (at least in USA). Currently there is an Authorize.net SIM module available on the contribs download page, and bruce also has a fully integrated AIM version (better option) available for purchase in the commercial area.

However, if you are going to use a different gateway, there may be some freelance developers willing to make one for you in the commercial section as well.

Talk to your bank as well.

They will be able to give you advice on what gateways they support. This is important if you don't want to switch banks. Interestingly enough, one of my clients in Australia did just that and discovered that the bank had its own gateway and it was cheaper than all the rest. As a result, I now have an ANZ eGate payment gateway available as a commercial offering for Australian users of OpenCart.

Cheers

Thanks for these informations.

I'll check soon with the bank about the payment gateway and how to integrate it, I'll be back on the forum if necessary.
