Installation error on V0.7

I have changed persmissions to admin/config.php file to 666 and 777 and I still get the error.
Error: Could not write to config.php please check you have set the correct permissions on: /hsphere/local/home2/mysite/admin/

Is the folder structure the same as older version? how to upgrade?

Can you please try a fresh install?

I need to check if this is the installer its self or just can not install over previous versions.

Hi Daniel,
I did a fresh install, V0.7.3.1 and now the error is this:
Warning: You are not using the corrrect vrsion of PHP!

I know I have PHP 4.4.4 (cgi-fcgi) (built: Sep 16 2006 17:55:23) installed on server.
I looks like the install file is not reading the right php version.

Any suggestions?
