import / expot shows products in admin but not on my store

First off this is the best extension ever and i want to say thank you JNeuhoff, I am using v1.4.8b and have no problems with exporting from "website a" and then uploading that file to "website b". However when I take that same file and add additional products (to the same file to maintain the correct format) I am unsure about the product id number and category number? When I create them both in chronological order (ex-21,22,23,24,24 ect.) they show up in my "products section" and "Categories" of my back end admin but not live on my store!!! It works perfect when exporting from "website a" and then uploading that file to "website b" but when I edit them adding new products... it does not work live? What should I do about this? I have tried almost everything and they transfer, they are here in my admin, enabled, accurate number of products displayed but still cant get them to show live on my store and with many products manual is out. I suspect that it has something to do with the category_id? If I can not create one.... then what should I do?

problem solved----- simple solution with enabling all as true in your excel file.... Doohhhhhhhh!
