Tooltip for opencart

I was looking tooltip for my site but can not find. hope to get everyone's help.

gotta be a bit more clear. All browsers have tooltip by default. It shows the "alt" or "title" tag text

You want something different? Got an example?

their customers will want to have some product information click on the image to the product instead of clicking it.
