E-mail Alert Formatting

Hello,

I'm a new user and to let you know a little about me; I have to force myself not to space my clothes hangars evenly in my closet. My inquiry is about the formatting of the e-mail alerts sent from OC as seen below.



I'm curious as to why the format is different between the two alerts. Can someone tell me if I can control the formatting and if so, where is it coming from.

Also, the store logo doesn't display at the top of the sellers alert as it does on the buyers alert.

However, you can change the email template file, it is located at:
catalog/view/theme/default/template/mail/order_confirm.tpl
