Need OpenCart Guru for modifications

Below you will find what we need:

1)Install V1.4.9 (we currently have the Beta version installed).

2)When we attempt to process a test order on our test Opencart site we are advised that shipping is not available.

We had an Opencart programmer install flat rate shipping options however he did not complete the job properly as we cannot get the shipping options to function properly therefore we need a legitimate Opencart programmer to fix the shipping.

3)Fine tune the test site to ensure that everything is working properly.

If we are satisfied with your work and pricing, we will retain you for work on 10-20 additional Opencart sites.
