Hi all, i keep getting this with every order. Its in 2 seperate emails and at the bottom of the order confirmation (does the buyer receive this too??)
PP_Standard - Possible Scam: IPN/PDT Receiver Email does not match seller email. Order needs manual verification
Which is true - since my business paypal email is not the main one on the account, how can i turn this off?

Also when receiving an order i get the following

Shop Name - Order 1 (£52.22)

How do I get the £ to show up, is there a template i can edit?

Hopefully this is the last snag after the update, very impressed so far

Thanks
Ryan

as far as I know you can't I think paypal requires you to use your primary email address for website payments standard.

Its still receiving payments fine, and has been for a while so i don't think its strictly a paypal issue. Its just im now getting this error message that i want to turn off.

also in the error.txt some other errors mixed into it.

Code: Select all

Yea, I didn't consider that the main email on the account might not match the email used in the store.

Paypal can have up to 4 emails associated with an account. The Primary one is being compared with the one you supplied in the opencart configuration for the paypal module. This doesn't match so it throws the error.

I will make the fix in the code for v1.4.9.1 to use a different check

Unfortunately it also looks like many webhosts are disabling url fopen so that causes this:
file_get_contents() [<a href='function.file-get-contents'>function.file-get-contents</a>]: SSL: fatal protocol error in /var/www/web38/web/catalog/controller/payment/pp_standard.php on line 220

Hard to find a good webhost these days. Most of them are morons. But I've got a fix for that as well
