Guest Checkout with separate Payment and Shipping fields

Just released today:

This creates separate Payment and Shipping fields during Guest Checkout in OpenCart 1.4.0. Payment fields are hidden until the checkbox that says, "Payment Address same as Shipping Address" is unchecked. This was done so that the user interface is left relatively uncluttered. This is a pretty major mod, so backup your cart before applying it.

The second version of the mod includes a Tax Zone patch. Read the installation instructions for details on the difference.
