Forgotten admin login details, can anyone help please?

I can't believe it seems I have forgotten my admin login details!!!

I am new to OC and not a techie - can anyone advise?
Is there a way for a non techy to reset both username and password?

Such a stupid mistake on my part, spent an hour this morning trying all combinations I usually might use, to no avail :-(
