Hi All,

I'm stuck!!! Well and Truly!!!

Shipping set to Zone shipping with the following attributes:

500:6,1000:9,2000:15,5000:25,1000000:100

We're working in Grams, and I order two products, 1 at 700g, the other at 500g

If I order 1 of each:
500+700 = 1200g = £15
Opencart says £15! everything wonderful.

If I order 1 of item 2 and 2 of 1:
500+700+700 = 2000g = £15
Opencart says £6 .... not good.

I've played around with different products and weights and it seems that if I order more than one of any single product, it calculates that product line as 0 weight!

Anyone else have this? anyone have a solution I could try? I just tried updating as I'm .1 of a version behind, but this didn't fix it.

Great work with opencart by the way. Some things are a little strangly arranged on the admin side but still much simpler to use than OSC!!

I had a quick look and think you should check your weight_class and weight_rules data

I just tested it with OpenCart 0.7.8.

500+700+700 = 1900g = £9
Opencart says £9 ....which is correct.

Im seeing the same issue, if i add more than 2 of the same item the cart does not caculate it correctly.  Does any one know what might cause this, and how it can e fixed?

I have exactly the same problem and narrowed it down to the following: When a product_weight * quantity goes over 999.99 the calculation fails.
The same is true for product details. I can't set the weight of a product to more than 999.99 grams.

I found exactly the same solution after some debugging.

This is fixed in 0.7.current svn and in 0.7.9 as defined here:
