product page select box have total amount not + $10

Hi is there a way to have the product option name with the full price next to it instead of +$10
I use the option plus and option update - so I want the update price to show within the select box. People complain that they don't see the automatic update price that they look in the select box and just want to know the price without a calculator.

Thanks - I am not sure if it is within the php code or the javascript that has to be changed or to add some php code prior to the select box.

Thanks - did many searches and nothing showed up relevant. However I would like to know the single option - I may have two options say one is size the other colour but there is only one price option and that is put on the first dropdown.

Cheers - hope that makes sense - my customers say they have never seen this in a cart I think the Joomla cart allows you to put the price right in there - not sure never used any other cart except Open Cart.
