Are you getting the Internal Server Error?

If so, see here for the solution

ie:
Try modify .htaccess    I comment "# SecFilterEngine Off " and after it will start up and then you maybe edit again with register globals off.

comment out the SecFilterEngine Off on .htaccess work fine, will test and get back later thanks
