When uploading hundreds of products, filtering a category by a manufacturer is crucial.
I searched all over the forums in order to get that MOD, and found a very nice one here - http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=9235
The ZIP file seems to be corrupted.
Can anyone please write the code for that MOD??

Well, I did, 2 weeks ago and didn't get any reply.
I really think that this option of filtering a category by manufacturers is very important.
The option of viewing the whole products of a certain manufacturer isn't that helpful since I have hundreds of products in my shop and it gets very hard to navigate...
I'm sure that it's not that hard to make a manufacturer filter, so if anyone could write the code for it, I'd be thankful.

I attached the unmodified zip file used by me on a 1.4.7 installation later upgraded to 1.4.8 . You might need to make a couple of modification to make it work since there were quite a few modifications between 1.4.0 and the later versions, especially to the way the links are constructed.
