In Store Pickup

I have not found this in here anywhere. All I want is a simple payment extension that puts the order thru without anything else, just like the "Cash on Delivery" option, but it must be called "In Store Pickup". I am sure those with a few brain cells can see the difference and reason. Is there a way to easily rename the "Cash On Delivery" option which would be the easiest method ? or a way to make a module that allows order completion call "In Store Pickup"?

Pickup is actually a shipping module. There is no "combined" concept of pickup from both the payment and shipping point of view at this time because there is currently no relationship between payment and shipping options. But there needs to be so that you can force this type of situation.

For now, the customer can choose Shipping Pickup and then rename COD to In store payment
