Help with or somebody to install OC

Hi, I have only ever done static sites and used Actinic for my shops, I am looking at using OC, but never used D Base, I am looking for somebody that could either help "walk me through the process" or install it with provided ftp access etc.
Idealy somebody who has experiance with or knows "Fasthosts" hosting.

Willing to pay a reasonable ammount "Paypal"
