Thank you everybody for your support and ideas and kind words and patience!! ;D

I am a few days away from submitting the mod to eBay, as they need to "approve" it before it is allowed to function outside of the eBay sandbox.

When it is ready, I would like to know if anybody is interested in doing some basic beta testing? I can set yo up with an eBay sandbox user account so you can list items and do whatever you would do normally but its all in a "fake" dev environment but looks and functions just like real eBay... Let me know If anybody is interested.

Thanks,

Josh

I will be happy to participate and beta test it for sure...you think it will be compatible with the new 1.4.8? I plan to make a dev site with that when its released this weekend. If not i can test on a 1.4.7 installation

This is fantastic!

Ideas: Subtracting stock from ebay sales and also including ebay sales in the OC dashboard would be useful.

Josh,

Do you have any release date on this mod yet. Is it going to be compatible with 1.4.8

Development is coming along... I'm thinking it will be released in about 2 weeks from now.

It will be compatible with 1.4.8, and 1.4.7 no matter what to begin with, and I will see how far back I can make it compatible.

Thank you everybody for your patience!

Josh

Awesome idea, I've seen this on other carts and have used it for a client of mine that sold more on e-bay than they did off their own website.

If your client is paying you to develop the module, then I might suggest releasing it to the rest of the community for free, or for a low charge, since you already got paid for the work. $5 - $15 I think would be a fair price so long as you commit to supporting it. If you're not getting paid "extra" then I would say anywhere between $30-$50, and again, you should commit to supporting it through the Open Cart updates. This is just my opinion. >:D

Check out Qphorias website and you will be able to gauge the pricing better.

Hello, I cannot wait for this to be released to the general public. I was just wondering if the pricing on your website was accurate for this, or is it still being developed and changed. I have much anticipation your response, Kris.

I'm also waiting for this to happen.

I could even live with the fact of just importing the clients in OC for now :)

The best you can do is support is trough the updates on OC. $50 of even more should be peanuts for everybody on ebay. If you don't sell much you could do the work manually. If you are a power seller like me then paying $50 or even more should not be a problem! Hell charge me 50 i'm happy, charge me 75 still happy, charge 100 even then I would buy it! Onlything I expect for paying $50 and more is good support on it.

At least $50 is a fair price for this app, and I would pay for updates. Still waiting with much excitement.

Just make it an even $1000; any successful merchant would gladly pay for the convenience.
